Nancy Maghrabi is the Chairperson of Global Trade Matters Group, a leading Private Sector Think and To-Do Tank for economic and political reform policies in Egypt and the region. Nancy spent the earlier years of her life in Staten Island New York where she attended her primary and high school education. Upon her parents’ return to Egypt, Nancy traveled to attend her university in Lebanon graduating with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from the American University in Beirut. After her graduation, Nancy Maghrabi returned to Egypt, and at only 22 she started her first entrepreneurial project in the form of an advertising and packaging design agency, “The Advert Agency”. In no time Advert had started to build a strong name amongst FMCG companies in Egypt, and its staff grew from just 2 people to 10 people in less than 12 months of operation.
