Dr. Shay Hershkovitz brings over 25 years of experience as a highly skilled executive leader in the B2B Strategy and Research Industry Space. He has a proven track record of founding and managing operations, overseeing P&L, and driving product innovation and strategy for both startups and growth organizations. Dr. Hershkovitz excels at identifying new markets and technologies, strategically positioning data-driven organizations, and driving growth through operational and technological improvements.

With his expertise in designing quantitative and qualitative research, synthesizing insights, delivering senior-level client services to commercial and public sectors, Dr. Hershkovitz has worked with a diverse range of organizations. He has authored a book titled “AMAN Comes to Light: Israeli Military Intelligence in the 1950s” and authored dozens of academic articles. Dr. Hershkovitz is a distinguished mentor and a professor who has been recognized in yearly reviews by faculty and students. He has created a suite of courses at Tel Aviv University, Bar-Ilan University, and other academic institutions to help students succeed in their careers. Currently, he is a Professor of Practice at Virginia Tech’s Center for Environmental Security and a Senior Research Fellow at The Intelligence Methodology Research Center (IMRC). He is also an advisory board member at the International Studies Association (ISA).
